Formation, Applied with Precision
How LUSTRA™ Is Structured
LUSTRA™ Women’s Formation Collective is a formation-centered community for women carrying high levels of responsibility.
It is governed by the Mission-Aligned Margin™ Method and practiced through the Integrated Authority™ formation pathway—an integrated approach to cultivating authority, discernment, and sustainability over time.
While the formation core is the same for everyone, women lead in very different contexts. That’s why LUSTRA™ applies this formation through two distinct Formation Tracks.
Ministry Leadership Formation Track
For women carrying spiritual and ecclesial authority
The Ministry Leadership Track is designed for women who hold or are preparing for leadership authority within church, seminary, and faith-based institutions.
Designed for clergy, seminarians, and leaders in ministry, this track integrates Scripture, theological reflection, and spiritual disciplines. It attends to calling, conscience, authority, and the unique pressures of leading in sacred spaces—without asking women to fragment their spiritual and leadership identity.
Organizational Leadership Formation Track
For women carrying institutional and executive authority
Designed for executives, senior administrators, entrepreneurs, and institutional leaders outside ministry contexts, this track focuses on responsibility, decision-making, capacity, boundaries, and sustainability. It is values-anchored rather than faith-explicit, offering deep formation without requiring theological language.
One Formation Core. Two Contexts of Practice.
Across both tracks, women engage the same governing framework and formation pathway.
What changes is the context of practice, so formation remains coherent and application remains precise.
If this language names what you’ve been carrying, LUSTRA™ Women's Formation Collective – Integrated Authority™ is your formation pathway.
